Question about strange websites builders I saw on SEM

Hello everyone, this is my first topic on this wonderful forum that I'm exploring for a while.

30 minutes ago, I was looking at the backlink of a website and, I saw this :
https://slypage.com/https://bloggadores.com/https://59bloggers.com/
All these websites are the same. Website builders, same template, high AS domains.
I guess it is an expired domain that has been bought a while ago and turned as a website builder to do black hat off site but, I don't understand how they are doing it.
If someone has some kind of paths to follow to solve my investigation, it would be incredible.

I don't understand what do you exacly don't understand.

I find it so straightforward. They bought the domains, probably not even expired domains. As long as people shoot a ton of domains as if they were parasites, to such pages, they will increase in metrics likemad (moreover considering they are offering "free space"). Maybe they have marketed this service in some forum or whatever so people could register and create their sites.
Also people like you found this links on the backlinks of other pages, and proceeded to create their own sites, to blast them afterwards.
The sum of blasts is probably the reason of such high ratings, not even necessarily an expired thing.

Perhaps you could be the owner of these 3 sites asking naively a weird question, but actually willing for people to register their sites on these 3 places, just as a method of reverse psychology post.

So many possibilities here.

Those domains are run by Money Robot/SEO AP. You'll need their software to post to them with any level of success.

These sites have high spam score so those are probably good for tier 2. As Steptoe mentioned, you need the link building software that owns this network of sites. If you build links by yourself without using their software, it will be deleted quickly.

Do you know where I can find this software? Is there any “easy way” to build a web builder like this from scratch and duplicate it to multiple expired to be able to build many easy backlinks?

Thank you for this list, I greatly appreciate it. I already tried to build backlinks via these w2 sites but, as you said, it has been deleted instantly.
