I'm gonna build a huge website [men interests],unique content,1000 words in the articles,it's going to be a great website I'm doing also for fun and not only for revenues.
Everybody say the homepage should remain static but why? is it SEO related?
In this website there will be categories like:seduction guids, cars, health, looks, money, sex tips, etc' everything men like to read about. So what do you think I should do,a static page? or latest post in front?
Other ideas? any web designers looking for a job?

Cliched as this may sound, it is nonetheless as true as ever. Both have their pros and cons and I suggest that you do some research on it as well as consider the nature of your niche and the competition you face keyword wise. What I can tell you is that a static homepage allows you to build your search ranking based on a few keywords that have high traffic, but stiff competition could make it hard for you to rank high. On the other hand, a dynamic homepage would allow you to optimize your site for keywords that become more popular as the trends change.

thanks,I would really love to make it an authority site and give my visitors valuable content.rank for 1000 keywords :D at least and be busy.
So according to what you suggest,if I get it right, for my case it is better to make it dynamic
