I want to purchase a VPS for SEO as I can't afford to buy all the tools currently, but if I get a good VPS for 2-3 months I can maybe afford them later..

So, I am in doubt of purchasing a vps from : http://scrapeboxvps.ca/ or http://bhsvps.com/

The first one has GSA SER in their third package and BHSVPS doesn't have one.. and other tools too.

    Opinions/suggestions?

There's no doubt people on the forum that could probably sell you a VPS, have a look round the marketlace or post in the Want to Buy section. Much more trustworthy than random sites.

Why would you start a business without having the funds or use credit to purchase what you need if you don't have funds?

Look on webhosting forums for other options.

Look on freelance sites for work you can do until you get the money to work on your own. Look at the Hire a Freelancer section here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/f76-hire-freelancer/

Yeah check out the BST area and do some freelancing or local work first then build up the funds. should be pretty easy to do if your head is on straight. That is what i did years ago.
