Question about PBN Anchors

Hi - today I saw some posts on other websites about anchors text to money sites from PBN.

For example my KW is "dog training" and my domain name is "dog-training.com".

How about these anchor diversity?
20% KW's (for example: dog training, free dog training, training dogs)
40% URL (dog-training.com)
20% LSI (The best dog training, where to get the best dog training, how I found the best dog training)
20% click here, website etc.

how are you using the anchors on your PBN?

whats the impact of using specific anchors on the rankings of the money site? would be the ranking better if I use the URL as anchor or if I use the longtail keyword? Tell me about your experiences.

If the niche is not 'too spammy', I'd look at what the top 3 spots are using and replicate those. They are at the top for a reason.
