Buy a VPS for long term with static IP and make your account from there. Also you will have to use details from accepted country by paypal (not yours.)

Your friend will also have to supply Paypal with a scan of his ID, utility bill etc. It's not as simple as just signing up with his name and details.

Use Plimus or 2CO.. ! Clients can still pay you via Paypal. If you are a buyer, use your Credit card instead of paypal.

I think Plimus doesn't accept Paypal through their own Paypal account anymore (i.e. you have to supply your own PP account)? But yeah, 2CO is an alternative. There is a discount code somewhere to avoid the $49 signup fee.

Then use 2checkout with the discount code? But you will still need a website for them to review.

The other part to consider is your bank account. If your bank account is in your country and you transfer the funds from your paypal to your bank account, that will also throw a flag. Does that make sense? Maybe have some type of virtual online bank that is acceptable from PayPal. So then you would transfer the money from paypal to your virtual bank to your home bank?

Also look into payoneer. They work as a prepaid debit, so you can transfer the money to your payoneer and go to any atm and get YO cash.

    Hope this helps dude.

Friends, i have another question. is it possible to send money from paypal to 2checkout? or 2checkout to paypal?
i searched in google, i found an answer- "i think it possible if you get their 2 checkout MasterCard) then you can link that MasterCard with your paypal account and transfer money that way"

    is it right?
