Question about making money by sending emails

Hello,

I was wondering how to make money just by sending emails with Ads on them, but i couldn't find any guides for that methode.

And i have some questions like
there are some countries that SPAM is against the law and i don't wanna to be arrested lol
- HOW can i do it legely ?

I tried to do that in the past but it was for free because it was impassible to send an email to so many addresses.
- HOW can i send them without any problems?

Can i get some help here?
