Im from the UK but im wanting to promote offers that are US based and i want to know if i need to use a US proxy when creating my CPA account or is it just when i find the offer i want to promote

No you don t have to do that, I live in Uruguay (but I am Italian) and I promote different US offers, you just have to send US targetted visitors
I don t use any proxy and I am into 4-5 cpa networks

Creating CPA accounts or promote offers?

Well you have to give your real name and address when you register to any CPA network so you cannot use any fake details. Also make sure that you do not use proxies and fill your own offers or else you will be banned by your network

ok thanks for the info its just when i was watching pay per click formula 3 he said something about using proxys for people outside of the US

Would this even be an issue for you if you hosted your sites in the US with US emails and paypal account, even if your SSN and bank accounts are in the UK?

If you're having problems with US based CPA firms because you're in the UK, this seems to be the easiest solution: pretend/set yourself up in the US.

Just setup up yourself with US details, No point using fake ip or name .
