Question about installing membership

    If I already have a blog set up can I add a membership section to that blog without screwing anything up?

    what blog - wordpress? If so there are membership plugins for that ... there are various threads in this forum about it.... do a quick search ;-)

    Thanks, but that was to create a wordpress membership only site. i have my blog up and I just wanted to add a section that was membership and I want it free to join.

    Just an idea---

    I'm not sure how established that section already is but you can try this---

    You can create a subdomain and then install a new wordpress database on it and use that membership plug in above-

    that way you still have your old wp database for normal users then under the subdomain you have the membership users.
