so, i want to upload to Instagram images from the internet: Pinterest exc.

What should I do and watch out for?
i dont want to get blocked

If the images have copyright then you're definitely risking your account. Otherwise it may be somewhat viable but risky if your account reaches for example hundreds of thousands followers because someone might see the "stolen" pictures and report you.

ok so it is only if my account got reported? what about instagram algorithm ?
and maybe can i change the background so it wont be exactly like the original image ?

Always give source credits if they are available.

You can edit or change the metadata to be more safe.
