I use smart twitter pages app to post to my fanpage wall.

Can I use the notes app to import my blog an post to my profile wall without getting my FB account closed?

give it a try i don't think that should lead to fb acct close if it is allowed you can use it

Are you talking about Page as in FBML Fanpage?
Alternately you can use PHP Curl to send either Twitter, RSS or others to you Page.
