Question about IM spamming

I have recieveing stupid messages on skype from my friends, co-workers on skype and sometimes on ICQ..There is written somthing in that way - resend it to whole IM contact list or your skype will crash in 48 hours. Really fucking stupid. In period of 3-5 days I keep recieveing it from different people. That is years ago.

Is there somebody who can explain me why people write, then spam away?

very simple answer, money is why people do it.

yes, I know money are the main goal. I am webmaster 8 years ago but I can't understand how they earn the cash in that way.. please somebody tell me, I am very curious

I didn't say there is no any links in messages, nothing only fact is that message is send multiple times..many many times.. it makes only post traffic to the messanger

urrrm its called a chain message.... people want to see how long or how far it will travel

you should check bodeezy and frequency. they have a couple of those tools in their asernal
