Question about IG monetization! need some tips!

I have been on IG for quiet a while now and I have finally seen some progress Im at 18k followers growing 200 a day with 2 posts each day and according to social blade I have 20% engagement, I wanted to ask you guys based on your knowledge or experience , should I monetize the account now if YEs what would be the best way , I wanna do PPI , or shoutout for a company but I don't know where to find these companies so rn Im just waiting for them to reach me out and btw my account is Motorcycle Niche . Thank you in advance! any help will be appreciated!

If you want to monetize it now your engagement will take a hit. I don't know if you want to build a long term brand out of it or go short term and how much value the account has to you. I would start finding products on aliexpress that are related to the motorcycle niche or you think people could enjoy buying. Then make a shopify partner account and setup a quick online store. You can find more info about that on youtube but it's not that hard.

Maybe also look in the "My Journey Discussion" Forum here to see what others are doing.

Don't wait for anything that maybe will happen or not - act! Send more emails to businesses, make a store, collect emails from your followers etc.

Did you actually try to get closer to motorcycle brands ? If you don't monetize with $$ yet, maybe you can't start to get free stuff. That's a good start.

Would also be able to increase your growth

Well, i am not quite an expert into Motorcycle niche, but there would probably be a true potential for you to get free stuffs & goodies, by reposting some stuff of brand contents (without killing your engagement, by sticking to the niche), and to give them exposure. Versus :

- Free post for you
- Small price / free stuff

Besides brands as mentioned above you could also contact mechanics or customization garage, accesories and part shops even places that sell beer or clothing brands who have some biker style designs.

Start locally in your town or country when you get bigger you can go promote any other big accounts around.

Indeed, by starting locally you will get recognition easier, as brands always prefer working with locals than pure strangers. Then, you expand locally more & more, in order to be able to reach more & more.
