Hey guys just a quick question. I have hostgator hosting with one Wordpress website up. Now i'm planning on starting a small business web design co here in my local area. I know how to transfer a domain over to my hosting, but do I need to create a database for every domain name that I transfer over? And, do I need to reinstall Wordpress for every new domain name that I host?
I would appreciate a prompt answer and of course "thanks" will be given.

If it's a brand new domain you're putting on top of your primary domain you'll need to put it as an addon domain in your cpanel. After that you can use fantastico to put wordpress on the new domain and the db will be built in the process.

If you're doing something else let me know the details and I'll be glad to help out.

Actually, I do have one more question and I know it's hard to answer in a cookie cutter way but... Lets say I design a simple informative website for a small business that doesn't need updating often. They will not know it's a Wordpress site. In their eyes, it's a typical site with their company info and logo on there. How much do you feel I should charge them monthly for hosting if they decide to let me host the site for them?

It depends on how much you charge them to design it. Lets say you offer them to design it for free as long as they host it with you then you can charge them a little more for hosting. Otherwise if you are getting paid to design in and would just like to make extra money hosting it then I'd give them the best deal you can to keep them around.

FYI, Woothemes Overeasy theme is a perfect wordpress theme for businesses that just need to advertise mostly static information.
