    Hi

I scrape the UIDs with Ulead Pro.. Then setup 2 campaigns

Campaign 1 : Click to website
    Campaign 2 : Post engagement

But those two campaigns not moving eventhough i already put the budget at maximum bid.. After approved about 3 hours ago.. Any suggestion?

Maybe no one is interested on the ad.

    Give it some time.

I did not face this type of problem. If you put max budget there should not be any problem. Check its maybe paused. If not Wait few more hours, Hope you will get result.

The ads has moving now but a lil slow.. Still no problem, i targeted very specific niche since i'm using ulead pro.. Almost 20k uid has been scraped but a lil bit more surprise when i got $0.32 usd for post engagement which is i think far expensive..

I target local market only (Not US).. Hoping bids will decrease soon..

Agreed with everyone above, and also advise for you to give it at least 48 hours for your click ratio to stabilize and begin to decrease, also make sure you are using all 6 images in your click to website campaign. This will help you see which image converts best...

    good luck

Try to wait 24-48. if nothing will change, then it will be a problem
