I have a fake Facebook account under a different name than mine but I have my personal credit card attached to it. When I get the bill from Facebook I'm assuming it will have the name on my fake Facebook account with my credit card number. Can I still deduct these ad expenses from my taxes at the end of the year since my personal credit card - with my name on it - is used to pay for the ads or will this not work since someone else's name is on the Facebook bill that I receive? I live in the US by the way.

Also, there's nothing illegal in US law about operating a fake FB account and giving FB money to advertise on their site, right?
