Question about CPA's and sites like CJ

So i'm trying to find a list of places like CJ and other networks that offer pay per leads. Please post a few others, i'm sure newbies like me would love the list.

But, when signing up for the actual site, do you use your actual info or what? Like, if you end up using blackhat methods and get banned.

I'm still in the dark on this, if someone could help me out i'd appreciate it.
