Ok, so for most CPA networks, when you get accepted you are required to enter a website that basically gets you approved or not. Now, lets just say you apply to an offer in that CPA network selling candy for CandyAffiliate for an example. Now, lets just say you use CPA redirector and the referrer is spoofed to mycandysite.com. mycandysite.com was not technically approved for your candy offer but still looks legit, has the right banners etc. Is this a cause for alarm / ban on the CPA networks because it wasn't initially examined and approved by CandyAffiliate?

Some people don't even use websites to get in, just a phone call. If your site is relevant to the ads they shouldn't complain. The ads don't have to be relevant to your site, but if the ads aren't and your AM decides to check then it'll look fishy. It doesn't matter what site you use as long as it's not against their TOS. The submitting of a site is probably for approval only, to keep out complete newbies. You're not restricted to the site you submitted. It kind of sounds like you're talking about C*J. If you are just add it as one of your websites.
