Question about cpa networks...

Im a total cpa network nub, but I have 2 questions.

1. can someone recommenced me a good cpa network that is relatively easily to get accepted to.

and

2. Pays out commissions/earnings to paypal..

I have a few ideas that can help me make me alot of coin but I need to be a member of a cpa network first...

You've got quite a few options for this.

Here's some I would recommend:

Maxbounty, COPEAC, Neverblue (neverblue will require a phone call prior to approval though)

are you trying to push product on them if so you should be fine. If they do call just say you spend alot of coin on ppc. They will like that.

affilateer has mobile phone ringtone offers but im not sure there payout method. the only company that has paid me from paypal so far is Cpa lead
