Question about CJ tracking capabilities

So Im a dumbass and got caught bidding on a trademarked term using adwords. My AM emailed me with a screen shot so I can't fight that.

AM said they would reverse all transactions coming from the adwords campaign. I asked how they determined what commissions they'd reverse, and AM said cj sends a weekly report to them with commissions coming from trademarked ppc campaings.

My question is can cj track that? I don't know how they could because my campaign goes to my money site like this

ad--->my site--->affiliate link

I am worried because my normal commission is between $5-$20, but earlier this week had $210 sale. Knowing how this works they will most likely reverse that one.

They probably can't track it. They will probably reverse all of your current sales on the offer they caught you with. If the $210 sale was a different offer it should be okay.

CJ has a pretty good fraud prevention department. It's possible that your account has been flagged and they have a live agent monitoring your transactions. It's unlikely that they're monitoring each one, but it's highly likely that they're monitoring a sample (every nth transaction for example).

I'd run some whitehat traffic for a while to drop off their radar.
