Hello SEO Experts i need to ask something..
We have 1 e com website suppose of jackets is main category on home page
Like abc.com/jackets
if we sort jacket in low-high or high to low price or a-z or z-a it will open the same page...
this is content duplicacy right? If not why? If yes then can we use canonical tag here or 301 redirect..
waiting for your answers.

For this situation canonical tag is the solution. 301 is used to redirect permanently. When the same content appears from different url, then you add canonical tag to avoid duplicate content problem. Hope this helps.

Thats correct, however remember that canonical essentially tells Google to only index and "focus" on one variant. So be sure that the one you choose is your favorite variation because it is more likely to be linked to in searches. So you'd typically choose your default sorting as it.

thanks! i am thinking same but if i use 301 than there is any possibility to be penalized

301 isn't the correct method, why would you want to do it?

because i think 301 will pass much link juice & i can blast them with GSA...
Anyway thanks i am going with canonical tag
