Question about Buttons/Forms

Hey guys.

Hope someone can help me out here. I have a question about the buttons, ones with those < form > </ form > ... (clickable of course)

Question: Does it produce any referrer? I know my best bet is to try it myself, but I prefer hearing it from you experts.
