I have a question for you:

I want to create links for my niche site.
What should I choose for maximum benefit: To create links ( posting comments on blogs) DIRECTLY to my money site, OR to use an buffer layer of few sites ( about 3-4) for those links? My money site will receive the full links juice from the second layer? Or I will loose the IP diversity and PR rank if i will use some sites between my money sites and my blog posts?

    Regards

Mix them. Build your buffer sites but add direct links also. This works best for me.

    Do both.

Hit your main site with bookmarks, articles, web2.0s etc, then backlink these with scrapebox/xrumer.

Then if you want to keep relevancy, find related blogs in your niche and comment on them to get some good relevant blog comments back to your main site too.
