    Hi all.
    I have a wp 2.5 blog.
I have posted several long posts, and I dont want to show all those on the main page. I mean its getting very long this front

Is there a feature or plugin that let me cut the posts, so that only some of it show on the main page and the rest will only be visible after you click on the post to read it al?

I have also installed the widget:
    TWITTER TOOLS

I want to remove that, but the text is so long on this one. that the text is just dots.
    it reads:
TWITTER TOOLS - What am I doing....
There should be an edit link on it, but the edit link is not there.

Does anyone know how I can get it removed?

To only display a bit of your posts, you'll want to include the <!--more--> tag wherever you want the "cut off" to occur.

If you're using the visual editor, you can press alt+shift+T to insert the same tag.

Wow. As easy as that. Thanks a lot mate.

But would you also know what to do about that widget?
I need to get rid of that.
