When I get Profile Backlinks from forums, should i point it to my main site or like a social book mark?

Also im using screpbox to get some high PR backlinks

What other types of back links should i focus on as well?

Wikis? google+?

Focus on web 2.0's and building pyramids. Mix it up:

10 first tier web 2.0's
30 second tier web 2.0's
10 article submissions
8 high pr blog posts
5 general blog posts
9 press releases
20 forum profiles
100 bookmarks
10 link directories

Then take all those links and blast the living hell out of them with some SB fiver gigs...

if you are doing link building manually then you can easily target your main home page. if you want to use the scrape box then its better to taret web 2.0 properties.

There is a guy named crorkservice he has a pretty sweet gig with 500 hundred social bookmarks, that i have used and got some good results.

I would suggest leave scrapebox for your 2md or 3rd tier backlinks, don't link them directly to your money site.
