QUESTION about backlinks to ranking an Authority site

Hi, I'm new authority site.
I am looking in to seo packages and I'm confused.

I have blog site, i post new posts every week with easy to rank keyword (I use one keyword for 2-3 posts/articles).
My question is how to build backlinks for that site? have about 15 keywords. Should I build links to the homepage website.com or I need to build links for every post I make?

Because most of the seo packages providers are asking for the domain name and keywords. One provider had told me you only need to build for your keywords in the homepage.

I'm confessed, I need help.

If your writing posts targeting keywords, build links to the posts (and to homepage if you are targeting homepage with other keywords).

Literally it's best to make your home page an authority by sending more links to it.

Once you have an authority domain, your pages rank fairly easier with backlinks and sometimes without them.

Apparently, your SEO skills is bad and you need to hone them.
