question about backlinking your buffer sites?

when you are backlinking your buffer sites what are you supposed to use for anchor text? because i dont want my buffer sites to out rank my money site..

any suggestions?

Just use some related anchor text mixed in with some completely random anchor like "my blog" or "keyword updates" and also just post the URL as aclean URL with no anchor.
