    Hello

To make a long question short we all know how important varying anchor text is. My question is would it make sense to use the main keywords for top PR sites and then blast some low quality links to my site w generic anchor text like "click here" "learn more" etc? I mean like this ill have many links w many anchor txt pointing to my website but the links w high PR will point to my main keywords to pass more juice.. Will that be more effective?

Also does anyone know whether using "buy real estate" and "where to buy real estate" / other variations is considered varying keyword? Or do I need totally new keywords that don't have the term real estate in them?

    Thanks
