If you're not a us resident or citizen, do you still get paid the same amount for submitting articles at AC?
I know you then don't qualify for upfront payments, but in the end is it still the $$$ in my pockets?
As a non-US-citizen you get payed for views. Not for submitting.
But why would you do that.
AC doesn't check if you are a real US-citizen.
You can sign up as one and still have an address in another country. You're just an american living abroad.
This way you qualify for the upfront payment.
The only drawback is that on one account you can't earn more than $600 a year.
Over 600 AC wants tax info from you and obviously you can't supply US tax info if you're not an american.
However you can create another account and start the game all over again till the 600 limit.
