Question about 301 redirect

Lets say I have a high authority domain redirecting to my main site, should I or should I not blast the domain with GSA ser. I see people doing it but why would it be necessary if the domain is already powerful?

keep the power flowing .

An high authority will die off over time. By pushing QUALITY GSA links... you maintain the power.. Try to put only web 2.0 , don't post those spammy links

Dont blast with GSA, just some quality links is enuff.

Some hi authority, low obl comments on Hi pr pages (manual) is good enough to maintain your 301.
