Question abot cost from China and dropshipping

Im assuming this is the correct place. Can someone tell me if im reading this right?

A tv from china cost 4,738 yen, about 50 bucks.

Edit: 4700 Japanese Yen is about $50 if that's what you meant.

The tv on eBay is a second hand. I presume they are a few grand new ?
