Does anyone know how to improve the quality score for keywords such as American Airlines, General Motors, HP? I can't manage to get a good score, my minimum bid is $10:eek: Thank you!

have you had a bad CTR history with those keywords?

Does your ad copy include your keyword?

Does your domain name include your keyword?

Does your page headers contain your keyword?

Does your page have alot of content?

First thing to usually do is get another domain and see what it comes up as. Then go from there

Are there any landing page creator softwares that you would recommend, that are easy to use and will allow me to optimize my landing pages for certain keywords? I am not into design or anything, I am just a marketing brain so that's why I am asking:) Thank you very much.

I can use goo*gle page creator and get a better qs than most people it's just the way the page is structured that matters. Otherwise I use dreamweaver and notepad for almost all my site/LP creation.

Checkout adwords edge template at blackhatzen if you want a out of the box template but you are still going to need a wysiwyg editor of some sort if you can't edit code by hand.

have you had a bad CTR history with those keywords? No just started the campaign

Does your ad copy include your keyword? yes

Does your domain name include your keyword? yes

Does your page headers contain your keyword? yes

Does your page have alot of content? no

I have a keyword that has tens of thousands of searches on google daily and basically has no competition. But my quality score is killing me. I've never had to design a page and always direct linked without a problem. But this time I will have to figure out how to make a landing page with at least a good quality score. Any suggestion is appreciated. I bought that adwords edge but I am clueless what to do with it. Thanks

WTF? This guy has no clue what he's talking about!

Just look at the comments and you'll see he's almost the only one who really believes this.

Bidding on trademarks can be hazardous to your affiliate account. Some merchants allow it; some don't. You need to check each merchant's TOS to be sure.

I had an Amazon account with a nice balance canceled because I bid on the keyword "Amazon Kindle". I neglected to check the affiliate TOS. Obviously, Amazon does not allow bidding on their trademark (Yahoo ratted me out.)

some keywords are just flagged to impossibility.
    don't believe me?
make a throw away campaign willing to spend 10bucks pick a super popular keyword that isn't going to be flagged by google(i.e. ipod) make a direct link to that that website (i.e. if your using ipod direct link it to apple.com)

what does this show? it'll show you that no matter how good the keyword is(make it exact and put actions it it like, buy ipod) and no matter how good your domain is(it's the company's website) and if you make perfect great adcopy and you know your account isn't crap, then you'll know some keywords are just flagged to impossible ctr.

Guys, I appreciate all your help but this still didn't answer my questions. Maybe I wasnt' specific enough. I have an understanding of what I am supposed to do but I don't know how to do it. What I am asking is for some kind of software that will make this keyword optimization and designing a landing page easy for me since I don't know squat about it. I usually just direct link but in this case I can't do that and will have to build a highly optimized pages in order to get a good or great quality score. So if anyone can point me in a right direction that would be great. Thank you.

P.S. I have adwords edge from black hatzen and dreamweaver but don't know how to use it :D

Have you tried using "Poll Factory"? I think someone here had a hand in making it, so I don't know if you will find it on this board.

I use it though to throw up some quick polls. It populates the page with some RSS feeds and videos based on your keywords. Very easy to use.

I've had pretty good luck with LPGen for creating custom landing pages based on each keyword you have. Also Google Goggles (although there's still a few bugs) is pretty good for seeing what your score might be before you submit to google w/ tips on how to improve it.
