qualified backlinkers

How can I find someone that has the skills to scrape for backlinks pr2+

I need someone that actually can get good links that are do follow and have pr on the page that the link is posted on.

Everyone I have interviewed has promised and failed to deliver.

Profile links arent going to cut it anymore.

If anyone knows some skilled people around here please pm me some contact details. My sites need some full time efforts.
