Q&A Grabber - The Real Answer to Your Content Problems

I purchased the lifetime access of this software and here's my honest review:

The good:

I pulled about 100 lists of FAQs on different topics and created FAQ pages for my client's websites with them as a base, so the software literally paid itself within the first week of using it. So one of the good points is the price.

Another good point is the support, I received almost instant solution a some problem I had.

another good point is that the software is a relatively small file, about 100 MB and it didn't take all the resources of my VPS, neither did it send too many requests so that my VPS would complain, nor did I get blocked by google. I even let it run for a few days extracting using the bulk feature and I didn't get IP block.

Also the JSON exporter may be a game-changer.

The bad:

I had to purchase the spin rewriter and it was a horrible buying experience with their upsells and their sales funnels, besides it being really expensive and having to pay yearly, they still want to extract more and more money after you buy it.

Another bad point, because of too frequent updates, you may feel like you have a forever beta version, I'd really prefer to have a super stable software without any new features and updating just once a year or once every few months, instead of one that needs weekly updates and every update will break it.

Finally, something that's neither good nor bad, it just is: I've checked about 20 of the lists I extracted (they contained between 100 and 300 questions) for plagiarism and I never got a plagiarism-free list, the score was between 40% and 90% plagiarism. So it's definitely not good for tier 1, or money sites, unless you can afford to spend a few hours rewriting them or you don't mind risking a penalty.

What is great for: tier 2, and 3 content, social media, GMB, parasites, blog comments, and to sprinkle very very carefully just a handful of questions at the end of some original content, so that even if it's 10% plagiarism, the other 90% of original content will outweigh it.

Update v 1.31 Now Live

1.31: Include script tags for JSON exports (new feature in settings) - when enabled, the JSON export files will be .html instead of .json, and will be fully "complete" to satisfy Google's requirements for JSON-LD FAQ formatting, which will make the content eligible for rich results.

Next time you run the software you should be prompted to update.

To utilize this, enable the Include Script Tags (JSON Export) feature in the settings and run a single scrape and export to JSON format, or run a bulk scrape and select JSON as the Export format.

If you're using WordPress, use a plugin that allows you to inject custom header/footer content into any post or page (I recommend "SOGO Add Script Header Footer" as it allows you to add these results to individual pages easily, but feel free to use whatever plugin you prefer) and paste the results into the footer section (be sure to include the script tag that opens and closes the file). If you use another CMS look for any plugin that allows footer injections and paste the content there - or if you're doing static HTML, simply include the entire content of the file in the footer before the closing body tag.

Then, check the URL here: https://search.google.com/test/rich-results - after running your published URL through the checker you should see the message "Page is eligible for rich results" - this doesn't guarantee that your page will show rich results (as that's up to Google's whim) but it does make it eligible - and should make your site seem more authoritative vs competitors not utilizing this when shown in the SERPs.

If you have any questions or issues with this update, please PM me and I'll get back with you asap.

Still have the last few remaining discounts, so feel free to grab it while available.

Thanks, just purchased.

Thank you for your honest review, I really appreciate it! I'm glad you were able to recoup the costs in the first week - that's awesome!

I apologize for the Spin Rewriter purchase experience, I bought it a long time ago and had a fairly smooth purchase process, so they may have added some upsells and such that have made it more annoying to get to the end product, but I do believe the discount I was able to negotiate on the yearly plan makes it worth the cost -- I've tried most of the spinners on the market and I've always found them to have the best results, which is why I use them and integrate with them; I'm happy to integrate with other services, I just need requests and temp access either through the developer or if someone can share a temp API key so I can test and such.

As far as the update you're referring to - I apologize that the built-in updater was unable to update some external files which required older users to re-run the new installer to ensure everything was in place a few updates back. This was a one-off instance that newer users shouldn't have to face - should be much smoother from here on out!

As far as continual updates, most of the updates pushed have been to incorporate a few requested features, and there will be a few more added (custom HTML exporter is next in the works after the update released this evening). I would say the software is out of beta - now it's just adding a few requested features and such in. And because Google changes how it renders search results, there will need to be ongoing maintenance and updates to ensure the software continues to pull information correctly (which is why I offer a monthly/yearly plan for ongoing maintenance instead of only a one-off price), so unfortunately there will need to be updates from time to time after all requested features have been added just to ensure the software continues to pull data correctly - but the auto-update should make that a smooth process when necessary.

Since the software is scraping results direct from Google, it will never be 100% plagiarism free, so it's definitely recommended to either spin and polish the results or if you have the time to rewrite results and add your own info in to make things more unique if using on money sites, or as you said to add to existing content to make the duplicate content a much smaller percentage.

Thank you again for the awesome and honest review, I really appreciate it and I appreciate your purchase! I'm always a PM away if you have any issues/questions/requests/etc. and will get back with you asap.

It's great to have a developer so eager to help his customers.
I have a question, when I scraped some lists of 300 questions, the same questions were repeated 6 times on average, so it kept scraping even though it had already scrapped that question, sometimes the answers were slightly different but the question was still the same one. Any way or tips to avoid duplicate scraped questions?

thanks!

I bought your tool today and love it!
there is a bug when you do bulk search and export as HTML it exports as text and not html (it works fine for single)
features I would like to have:
* the possibility to export the same result a few times with different formats
* when export as CSV I would love another column of the source link because I I want to check if it is from the same web page.

Thanks for bringing this up! I hadn't run into this issue as I don't bulk scrape that many results per run, but I will get a duplicate checker built in asap to help avoid these issues.

Glad you're loving the software! Apologies for the html export issue, I reworked the exporter a bit in anticipation of the custom HTML exporter I'm working on and might have misadjusted a setting. I'll get a patch out for that asap.

And great suggestions, I will work on adding those features in as well - shouldn't take long to get them live.

Thanks again for your purchase!

UPDATE: I just tried the new JSON exporter and it works wonderfully. It's definitely a game-changer (at least until google catches up and penalizes us all.)

Haha glad it's working for you without issue! As long as you're altering the text a bit I don't think there's too much to worry about - also, should (if testing goes well over the weekend) have the duplicate filter and a few other fixes live by Sunday/Monday. Will update when live.

Can I have the coupon code for lifetime license

Thanks for your interest, coupon sent!

All launch coupon codes have been redeemed - however, I was planning on doing a Black Friday deal for the same discount, so we'll keep the promotion for $15 off lifetime ($62 lifetime) through Cyber Monday next week.

Thanks to everyone who has purchased so far!

Got an update in the works, need to do a bit more testing and will be pushing in the next day or two after everything is smooth.

Does it work for non english websites?

Thanks for your interest! It should work for any Google extension and any language, then you can use that content on non-English websites as needed.

Lets say I run a search for Alabama, it often happens that one of the questions is "what's the average salary in alabama?" then it jumps to something like "what's the average salary in new york?" and from there to something like "is donald trump from new york?" and i end up with some questions that are totally far off the topic I had searched initially.

I once ran a search for how to find a job in houston and after a few questions on work in houston, from there it jumped to "is houston sinking?" and from there to "is indonesia sinking?" and then " is thailand sinking?" and I ended up with a lot of Thailand related questions when I was searching into houston.

Any tips to avoid that?
