PVA or Non PVA IG accounts?

People keep recommending to use non-PVA, even though it seems that PVA validated accounts are much safer and won't be banned as quickly.

So why do people recommend non-PVA all the time then? Is it just beecause it's cheaper?

Is it because there is no way to get back a PVA account after it has been marked for banning? (requiring verification to reactivate)?

cheaper, easier to find, the only issue is you need to work 2x more.

because even the account is already pva, sometimes it's still need verification again and again.
