Do you face the same problem:
When I have to sms verfify an account, they do not send them immediately but it often takes 24 hours to arrive on my phone although the phone is online day and night. And when I have received the code it does not work.

Yes Twitter has been tightening their filters since Musk's takeover - some telecom operators' numbers have stopped working completely. And majority of virtual numbers that I've tested can't receive any SMS at all.

And very often after entering code you get this message - "Can't confirm right now"/"Can't sign up right now".
 
My Sims are even real Sims with different phones
