Pretty sure he doesn't know how use computers at all.

Fun fact, when Putin was poor one of his friends bought his daughter her first computer. 20 years later that friend was worth over $10billion. What are the chances?

I'd use a fucking toaster as a computer if I had the latest version of "KGB antivirus" installed too. Good luck trying to sleep even if you could connect to him through 80 layers of vpns and steal whatever classified data you found.

Russian do lots of things which normal people don't, I mean risky things.

and most of the time they dont give a fu*k.

My thoughts exactly. Plus probably this XP is modified and changed from its core and this is the reason why its still used. If someone is thinking that Russian/Chinese or any other intelligence services is relying on Microsoft patches..

Windows XP is still safe if you don't do retarded things on the internet, the whole thing about upgrading is for Microsoft to sell more.

The following will prevent most issues without anything additional
Not going to shady websites
Not opening emails from people you don't know
Not installing software that isn't verified

I dont see the images in that link?

He could be using win xp theme for win 10? xD

You do that and see this man knocking on your door, what do?

The UK's nuclear deterrent still uses Windows 3.1 and communicates using long range radio.

The article doesn't understand how leaderships works. Putin or anyone else on his level within a nation is not going to be researching classified information to make their decisions, they will have briefs provided to them to update them on the most important matters. When they are actively involved in real time situations they will be in a secure room with secure equipment.

He doesn't even use a phone who cares what windows is in his computer?

In Soviet Russia Putin Briefs You.

IT's Vlads way of saying, to the west: 'look we are not hack-happy cybernuts, we are simple folk'. Either that are he's testing exploits to hack old people in the countryside :D:D

I'd use and old version of whatever software as it has much less chance to contain backdoors. I bet Win10 is full of them.
