Hello all, I have a US site that ranks #2 in Google's local packs for almost all of its target keywords. It has links from 2-3 .gov directories (where you can only get listed after proper verification). It's a company website that offers a specific type of service. It also has close to 50 local citations, and around 15 Google+ local reviews (avg. rating is close to 4.8/5). Acquiring (through incentives mainly) natural, contextual links from high authority sites in its niche has helped a lot with organic ranking, but little in local ranking. Any idea what I should do to overtake the currently #1 site? All of your suggestions are welcome.
