Purchased domain with DA24 & PA36 - same niche - new country

hey guys

So i just got a domain with DA24 and PA36 , now the domain is in the loans niche, this niche in my country is still not saturated and the leading website that has position 1 in google in this country has DA16 and PA30. By going by these numbers does it mean that if i just put great content on my website with better DA/PA, would i outrank the number one position in my country easily, what do you guys think, is it worth it ?

Of course worthy. Put some good content on your site and build authority.

No... just because you have higher DA/PA doesn't mean you'll "easily" rank over that site. DA/PA is probably the metric that is least trustworthy because of how easily anyone can spam it. It's not that easy.

Was not really serious with that answer wouldent give away a great country if it is,

Probably not, gonna test the domain out and build some good backlinks and maybe remove some bad ones and buy a fresh domain and build that simultaneously, see what happens

If they are ranking for local with a simular back link profile and no hidden PBN, all you need to do is throw up some business citations and you should be rocking.

The DA and PA mean nothing. They are inflated with spam.

What would you say about spam score, their websites spam score is a bit above my domain spam score ?

pa/da dont mean much, can be easily inflated.

need to check other stats, anchors, past links, links lost, archives.org etc
