use the technique we don't mention here.

Get alot of content writtern, drive as much traffic as possible. Buy targeted gaming/gambling traffic.

PROFIT!

might cost $100 or so to get started, but it'd pay off very very quickly!

And don't waste time looking at those domain valuation sites. You'll get quotes all over the place and it'll either make you greedy so you'll mess up trying to hold out for more $$ , or disappoint the hell out of you and you'll settle for too little $$.

could always do some quick backlinking, drive some bought traffic to inflate stats then sell on SP/DP for a slightly higher price than you'd think!

Spend some effort and do some value addition...other wise it would not be worth the sale...
