Published post is ranking 2nd page with 0 backlinks, how is this possible?

Website not have PR its fresh started site and in total 100k backlinks like he make 25k backlinks a week it is wordpress platform and when he release one post low competition niche it jump to 2nd page instantly really interesting. What i can do to make same?

Probably the niche is super low competition and the domain authority does its job.
