If you have a Payoneer account, you must have received an email from them about three weeks ago, that they will launch a service called Firstchoice Pay on 1st Febr, which practically does the same what Payoneer does, it's only that particular Payoneer partners will be moved to Firstchoice Pay, while others stay with Payoneer and the payments from the moved partners will go to the Firstchoice Pay card.

Payoneer sent another email today. It appears we have two accounts and two cards. If you already have a Payoneer account, you can log into your Firstchoice Pay account with the same details and you can order the new card right away, which is advised, because if the new card is not activated by the 1st of March, there might be disruptions in the payments according to the FAQ.

I already ordered the card, it's estimated to arrive on the first week of March (from US to EU). Pigeon post FTW.

Also according to the FAQ, until the new Firstchoice Pay card is not activated, the payments will go to the existing Payoneer card.

Unfortunately there's no list available of the partners, which have been moved, but if you login to your Payoneer account, you can see if any of the partners/funding sources are moved or not and you can act accordingly. If none of your funding sources are moved, ordering the Firstchoice Pay is not necessary obviously.

Out of my funding sources Fiverr wasn't moved, Chaturbate/Zmedianow was.

Don't just the read the email, what Payoneer sent you today, but actually login to your account, because they didn't include in the email, if you're affected or not and if you need to order the new Firstchoice Pay card by all means or not.

It can be that the transition affects their adult related partners only, if you don't have such funding sources, you won't get any emails and no action is required from your part.

Chaturbate already updated their model sign up page and switched Payoneer to Firstchoice Pay.

I investigated this a little bit further talking to other people with Payoneer accounts and it appears that Payoneer simply moved the transaction history and everything from Payoneer to Firstchoice Pay for them and they won't be needing a new card either.

This got me thinking and i believe i know the reason for a new card in my case.

This Payoneer card i have now, i got it through a non-adult partner (Fiverr), it's printed on the card too. I linked it to Chaturbate later. With this new launch - as it appears - Payoneer is separating their adult related business from the non-adult one and more than likely everyone who got their card via a non-adult partner, will be required to have a new card with Firstchoice Pay.

It also explains why some Chaturbate affiliates and models with new accounts weren't able to add their existing (non-adult partner) Payoneer accounts to Chaturbate in the past few months, Payoneer must have been preparing for the switch already.

When i check the funding sources on the Firstchoice Pay account, it says Payoneer and Zmedianow is still a funding source in my Payoneer account as of now. Nothing was moved for me, they issued and shipped the new Firstchoice Pay card, i already see the last 4 digits and says "Pending activation".

tl;dr If you have mixed type of funding sources (adult and non-adult too) on your Payoneer card and you got the card via a non-adult partner, more than likely only in that case will be required to get the new Firstchoice Pay card.
Otherwise you won't be needing a new card - you will still have a new Firstchoice Pay account, where the adult/moved payments will go, if any - and you can access both your Payoneer and Firstchoice Pay funds with your existing Payoneer card.

I just received a notification by Firstchoice I will receive my new card in March. Will I have 2 cards at the same time - Payoneer and FChoice? Will I pay 2x$30/year?

    Hello,
I really need some help here, for some reason Payoneer moved my account to FCPay, I got the new card, and now I cant access my US payment details. They aren't there.
Which, in turn, created hell for me, because I am receiving my CJ payments through direct deposit into my Payoneer account. And that is now blocked.
I can't log into Payoneer because it automatically redirects me into FCPay.

I spent 15 days talking with support on FCPay, and I really think they are not using humans in that department.

I'm not in the US if that's important.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

Sorry, i just noticed this reply now. That's why it's always a good idea to tag or quote the OP. :)

My Global Payment Service was also disabled, i realized it not too long ago, because i wasn't actively using it. The worst part is that it was disabled without any notice.

Although my case is different, because i still have my Payoneer account besides the new Firstchoice Pay.

What i can tell you is that the Global Payment Service isn't supported for adult partners, that's why it was disabled. The adult partners were moved to FCP and my Payoneer account stayed active, i guess because i have non-adult funding sources too. So i asked Payoneer to re-enable the Global Payment Service, which i was able to do after a little back and forth, talking to two person from their support and chatting with another one via their live chat. This latter proved to be the best solution, because after i finished chatting with the guy, the issue was solved in less than an hour.

Knowing this i'd say you're wasting your time with the FCP support, because the Global Payment Service isn't and won't be supported there, it's not getting migrated from Payoneer, because of the adult nature of FCP's business.

All in all it's a botched up situation and i don't think that you'd be the only one with this issue.

It'd be advised to contact not the FCP, but the Payoneer support, if you haven't already. Ask if they can reinstate your old account or if not, possibly you will need to apply for a new account (you can have multiple accounts under different email addresses), so you can get a new checking account for the ACH from CJ.

If you want, i can hook you up with a direct contact to an FCP rep, who sorted out some stuff for me literally in minutes. (I needed to order a new card, because the chip was faulty in my first card and i wasn't able to use it online.) But i think you should contact Payoneer and not FCP.

    I don't like quoting. :)
    Actually I resolved this.
I had to apply for a new account because, for some reason although I had non-adult funding sources, my acc got transferred to FCP. Payoneer acc got transferred and was unable to be reinstated in the Payoneer system.
So I did the only logical thing, started new acc, because FCP support was not getting anything done.

    Anyway, thanks for answering. :)

Not working for me. Tried to log in with my Payoneer details and it was a no go. Didn't know about this 'till couple of days ago when i signed up to Crackrevenue and saw FCP as a payment option and their explanation about the transition. It says you can log in with Payoneer credentials, but like I said, it doesn't work for me. Got no email from Payoneer about this either, and I have their card for about 2 years now...

Yea, they did send email about transition arround december. But in most cases it gets into spam folder.

The only thing you can do is to contact Payoneer support via ticket system. NOT FCP. Just Payoneer.
Do not try email, you will get stuck in queue, with random tech guy who knows nothing except copy/paste some generic reply, and then say goodbye to your sanity.

    Cheers
