I have a friend that may be investigated and may go to jail over some bs. Could I get in any legal trouble for doing PsyOps to help him win,Basically what I would like to do is do things that would cause the police to have their focus taken off the investigation so that there is a high chance of them either messing it up,or taking so long they end up for a plea deal his legal team carries out because they are spending to much resources on making their Public Image look better.

Now thats a tough question. What the hell did he do to get into police issues? But I dont think psyops is the best issue.

I wont be saying what it is for, because it may not come to police involvement as the other party may actually not contact the police. I just want some proactive measures that can be taken against the Police and DA if this does come to an investigation, instead of just a legal defence for him.

As far as I know, there as never been a PsyOps campaign against the police and DA,so not sure if it is worth doing or if it is illegal.

Yes,but it seems tricky as you could be charged with interfering with a police investigation if you do it wrong.

I think what was done is real important. We don't know what he did. Black hat legal strategies is one thing and helping someone be a better outlaw is another. Things could blow up in your face quick and hard if you don't come correct. For example, look how frequently you've been banned recently. I'd say thats a Wake Up call about other areas of life!?! :(

That said, check out Kevin Hogan. You can find some of his stuff on Amazon or http://torrentz.eu/

Sounds like you might be getting close to obstructing justice and witness tampering, which is not good and will get you a nice little criminal record of your own to haunt you for life. Plus, there is a reason why laws exist...if your friend broke the law, he is in trouble for a reason. My advice, take a good hard look at yourself and the people you hang out with, and then ask whether you're heading in a positive direction.

Please ask yourself one question: what causes you to help someone (who obviously has done something against the law) with the chance to get yourself in trouble? everyone is responsible for its own thing. sure there is something like friendship, but who said you have to potentially fuck up your own life for this?

I still haven't asked a lawyer yet, but I did pull up the law relating to Obstruction of Justice where I live. And it looks like enganging in a PsyOps campaign against the police and or DA would not violate that law.

Are we talking about PsyOps, like the movie "Men Who Stare At Goats" if so, you should definitely do it.

But seriously, if your friend broke the law, and you are not involved, you need to stay out of the way. Let the police do their job. Move on.

If a Jr VIP would have come up with this thread, you would be saying how interesting it is.

@drywallrob PsyOps means Psychological Operations, that movie was based on a bs thing with psychics. With PsyOps you stay pretty much out of the way and just run propaganda campaigns, and things to mess with the minds of the police, though ads.

How is using PsyOps in a criminal case retarded? Its not against the law since it neither violates obstruction of justice nor witness tampering.

EDIT: I just checked Jury Tampering where I live and it would not even violate that law.

Thats what PsyOps basically is, its not making threats or harassment if that is what some people on here are thinking.
