I recommend checking out the Proxies for Sale marketplace threads here on BHW. I found some providers that allow it, of course, only for legal purposes.

Good to hear! I've tested different providers from the Proxy for Sale marketplace threads, and they all work fine with PayPal.

Can you recommend a few for me so I can check them all out one by one I've already tested with 20 providers I decided to come in here and just ask if anyone knows anything proxycake I'll be checking but I need more alternatives

Yes, that’s a good suggestion. I also recommend, as I mentioned before, checking the proxies for sale thread in the BHW marketplace section and comparing the providers. I’ve had good experiences with that.
