Proxy Switcher (that has universal login like LastPass to use on multiple computers)

Hi there,

I am looking for a proxy switching software or preferably a firefox & chrome plugin that works in the style of lastpass so I can access the proxy switcher from any computer (by logging in with my credentials).

This means I do not need to input the proxy info each time I install the plugin/software on a new pc.
