Hello, I have some questions:
1. Do you offer a IPv4 to back those IPv6 proxies (for software that don't support IPv6 proxies)
2. Each proxy is in a completely different subnet? Which is the range of difference between proxies? /96 or less?

The proxy is divided into two blocks xx.xx.55.55 - where xx.xx. is a network, and 55.55 is a subnet. If a certain subnet does not work for your purpose - you can contact our operator and we will make a replacement of these proxies.

This seller offer very poor support.
I bought one proxy from them , but it didn't work , speed was too low. After giving a replacement also, it was not working.
Then after a lot of arguments , they offered me a refund. Everytime when i chat with the support team, i had to explain them my issue from A-Z again and again.
Now they are asking more and more days for processing the refund. I want this to be resolved fast.
