The question is fairly simple to understand, should we only use proxy for creating different accounts on the same network for tiered link building such as Web 2.0's and social networks or should we always include a proxy when logging in as well to hide our real IP Address?

Example: I create 20 different wordpress accounts all different emails, and ip addresses but I can login with my normal IP address, or must I always login with a proxy as well?

You can use same IP for login, But if you want more secure your account then use different Proxies
