Hey Everyone!
Wondering if anyone used these guys: proxy.lc.
I ordered 28 Washington private proxies from these guys. First off, its advertised on the package that its unlimited bandwidth and the proxies are available for a month. So I ordered 5 days ago.
Today, I realized I can't log into my account and none of my proxies work. So I'm wondering what the problem is. I previously noticed that actually in my account its not unlimited bandwidth its actually 150gb bandwidth cap. Last time I checked I only used up 50% of that which was a a day or so ago.
I contacted support so I'm waiting to hear from them... I think my bandwidth went over 150gb so they probably closed my account. But that is pretty stupid if they advertise "unlimited" bandwidth they should specify that its 150gb not "unlimited."
They disabled my account without even notifying me and for certain I'm not using their proxies for anything that breaks their terms of service. All that I'm doing is sending my proxies across some of my sites to check links. I'm only sending HTTP requests through them on nothing like email or anything like that. Totally innocent and legit stuff.
Has anybody used these guy's service before or can anyone recommend another service? My business model depends on having high speed private (private shared) proxies. I need at least 10-25 of them and true unlimited bandwidth.
I bought these guys' service for $15, which I hoped it would be only for a month. I bought another package today because I can't lose a day of business... but I'm gonna be buying $15 packages every 5 days it just doesn't make sense for me.
Anyone can recommend another service? Or has anybody had issues with proxy.lc before?
