proxy help

I was wondering if you could help me........PLEASE!!!!

I am new to proxy lists and everything proxy related

My Situation:

I have created a bot and i wanted it to post using proxies, this bot will post like max 2 times a day,
so i would need it to post from a different ip address every time it posts. My proxy list will be taken from a txt file and at random the program will choose one of the proxies to post with.

What do you suggest would be the right course of action for me, how many proxies will i need if i intend to only post 2 times per day?

is there a way to get the txt file with my proxy list to automatically update with new proxies daily?

he meant it depends on the website for example if one website wants to restrict all the users from BRAZIL they will Restrict that Brazil Ip Range. Just like CL so you need to figure it out first

i didn't understand what is the bot and where u wanted to post!!!

its a bot that will post reviews to various review websites to improve google local listings and i doubt they will be banning any ips but i would rather US proxies anyway
