I need a unique IP adresses around 100k-200k.

but proxies are very expensive I dont need very quality proxies. how can I buy bulk proxies with cheap price, I always need to change the pool also

If you don't need "quality" proxies whatever that means - buy datacenter proxies. They're cheap, fast and you can get thousands of them.

You'd need quality proxies for almost anything you do that requires proxies. 4G residential proxies (with rotating IPs) offer a lot of unique IP addresses. But if you insist that quality doesn't matter, try datacenter proxies.
