but I checked if I go airplan mod then go back to normal in like 30 secs it switches, after a while it wont you mean?

When you switch the IP slower you might get even an IP from s subnet outside your location (city, village etc) but when you switch it fast it tends to repeat an IP from the same subnet and it might be an IP that you gained maybe 10 minutes ago

No, your ISP will never block you for rotating the IP address after one minute. It would be like you are connecting and disconnecting from your cellular network after a minute and you will get a different IP address every time.

There's no precise answer; you need to test it out. It could be a rotation within a few seconds in airplane mode or up to 200 minutes at most. Usually, it's up to 5 minutes.
There are extremely rare cases when the IP does not change after turning the airplane mode on/off. If you encounter such a situation, the following options are possible:
- The mobile operator has a very small pool of IP addresses (consider changing your mobile operator).
- The mobile operator has reassigned you one of the previous IP addresses (try keeping the airplane mode on for a few more minutes).
We do not know your location, so below we list mobile operators that do not change IP addresses after switching to airplane mode:
Mobile operator Life in Belarus.
Mobile operator Active in Kazakhstan.
Mobile operator Sunrise in Switzerland.
Some Kazakhstani mobile operators (Tele2, Altel), as well as operator Tele2 in Latvia and Tele2 in Estonia, change the IP address if the phone is in airplane mode for more than 30 seconds.

dpends how big your ip pool is
no worries you will not get any ban, but if you rotate your IP in every 1 min, most of the time you will get the same IP.

Why not get some software like SocksCap or Proxifier + socks5 or private/mobile proxies for laptop/desktop? Theres anti-detect still being marketed or you can use bluestacks phone emulator, if that's still a thing. Some overdo it though with VPN to VPS to socks X7; at that point I don't know what you're doing needing that much protection. You h4X0r
